3 Michelin stars restaurant at Hotel de Ville (Crissier, Switzerland) is the place where Frank Giovannini performs culinary magic. Giovannini, a 3 Michelin stars magician, shows the sophistication of the haute cuisine. The idea of the menu is all about local “farm-to-table” products. Every plate takes a lot of work. In 2015, “La Liste” published a list of the world’s best restaurants. The Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville, in Crissier, near Lausanne, in Switzerland, grabbed the number one spot. A remarkable achievement. The restaurant was ranked number one. Now it’s in 5th place.
